Or maybe you've even felt deep down for some time now that you're ready to let go of stress, overwhelm, and burnout and gain the tools to support your mental and emotional health. Trust me when I tell you that I've been there. Through self awareness, mind-body practices that activate healing, and the power of mindset - you can embrace your true nature and open yourself to limitless possibilities. My purpose as a Board Certified Holistic Health Practitioner, Mind Body Coach, and Biodynamic Breathwork Facilitator is to create a safe and loving space that will empower you to embody your worth, release that which isn't serving your highest good, and co-create the life that you were always meant to have.

Self Awareness

This is the first step toward getting in tune with your spiritual, mental, and physical body.  Self-awareness is the ability to see yourself clearly and objectively through reflection and introspection. When we’re able to see ourselves more clearly we can better identify our needs, our desires, our triggers, our emotions, what serves us, and also what doesn’t serve us. Self awareness lacks self judgement and is necessary for Self Love. What have you become aware of recently that led you here?

Healing through Mindfulness

The mind, body, spirit connection holds a tremendous amount of healing power. Understanding, supporting, honoring, and tapping into its power are areas of holistic healing that we will work through together. Our culture has taught us that busyness is the way to live. If we can just stay busy all the time then we won't have to be with our thoughts, feelings, and emotions. This is actually counter intuitive to our nature. When we can quiet our minds and truly be present, there is a divine healing waiting to be accessed. 

Tapping Into Your Power

As you are introduced to self awareness and healing practices in a safe and loving space you'll begin to realize that every emotion is valuable and is longing to be acknowledged. Feeling into our fear, uncertainty, anxiety, and pain is never easy but it opens up space to connect with your true nature. Which is rooted in love, peace, joy, and connection. Aligning with this energy will attract more of what you want into your life. This is where the possibilities become endless.
